Schedule on Threads and grow your community with Buffer

Threads is a social media platform owned by Meta (specifically, Instagram), launched on July 5th, 2023, and has a strong initial user base due to its seamless signup process through Instagram, allowing text-based content of up to 500 words with options to include links, photos, and videos.

With Buffer's integration, you can efficiently plan and manage your Threads content. However, please note that our team is still working on adding direct Threads scheduling to Buffer. Buffer does offer features such as an AI-powered copy composer, a drafting option to save and return to your post ideas later, a browser extension for saving content ideas, and a drafts and approval process.

You can manage Threads with text-based content, image posts, GIF posts, and video posts.

Buffer currently doesn’t support scheduling Threads threads, but we’re actively working on this feature. We’ll be introducing it soon!
